I have recently decided to sell my house. The reason for this is due to the large amount of offspring I seem to have collected and the lack of space.
<*dv_3*> My house has only been up for sale for 3 weeks or so and it has drawn in plenty of interest and I have had more than an average (whatever that is) amount of viewings.
My gripe is with the TWATS that come round my house and pretend that it's the best thing since they discovered that Sky do a 10 min free view on the porn channels (that's another story).
<*dv_0*> My house is clean. That's probably it's main selling point. I know this, the people viewing know this, but they still insist on giving whoops of delight, moans of pleasure and sighs of ecstasy, telling me such crap as "Ooooh isn't it spacious" and "I love what you've done with the bathroom". What the FUCK are they on about? The only thing I've done with the bathroom is crap in it for the pat 20 years.
Anyway by the time they leave I'm thinking that this is a definite sale, no need to show anybody else round because these people loved my house so much it's a cert.
Funnily enough though when I call the estate agents the very next day to see what sort of offer these ecstatic people have put in for my house I find that they didn't infact like my house at all. The fact of the matter was that the house was too small.... do they not think I know this?
